A challenging, core-centered Pilates class!
This is a fun, creative class, using some, if not all, of the props-balance board, roller, circle, weights, bands, overball and the big ball- to challenge and tune into the whole body.
This online class will focus on maintaining and improving strength, flexibility & balance after 65, using a chair, mat/floorwork and some basic props. If you have small weights or bands please bring them. If not, we can work around it. Please contact the studio with any health issues before the start of the session.
